Will trump’s new travel ban affect on i130 US citizens applying for spouse
Anyone have any info about trump’s new travel ban will affect on i130 US citizens applying for spouse? my wife is from one of the country in orange list. please share if you have any info. Thank you.

if it is on the orange list, it just means they are going to be extremely cautious giving the visa and yes it includes all visas.

@Fareeha batool I am not an expert, but I would think a green card holder that is already in the US would not be affected, as long as they follow the laws.

it will only affect if husband or wife is in those contrys that will be part of the ban that will only be 90
days and then lifted after that

He really has not signed off on anything yet. It was a memo obtained by the New York Times. Well theres no smoke without fire, but both Trump and Rubio said they have not approved anything. We have to wait and see.
