if you filed your i765 under the c31 category, you will not be getting a work permit until your vawa case is approved and that could be up to 36 months. please check to make sure your work authorization was filed under the C09 category and if it’s not, get an application filed immediately.

@Ana D, We have the same priority date and same Nebraska center. My EAD and Travel Permit was approved on the 21st and Card was mailed on the 24th of this February. So hang in there and be counting down in hours or days. Congratulations in advance sweetie! 🩷
