@kayo Campbell no! it seems I have to quit working because I’ve not able to work as my EAD was revoked when my I-485 was denied last December. I did file I-290B and my case is reopened now but I don’t have an EAD to continue working with them. that’s why I was wondering what happens if I need to leave the job with my I-485 that is pending with uscis?

@amc sm I’m back to F-1 currently and haven’t worked from the day my F-1 OPT expired. I was in unpaid leave from my work and they can only give me for 6 months which is ending on this March so now I do not have any option to be on unpaid leave either so, I need to leave the job. And because of that, I’m wondering whould that affect to my reopened I-485 since I’m leaving my employer and I won’t be working for anyone until I can get CPT; could be from Fall 2024.
