will my EAD revoke/cancel?
hi
I just have a question. because my husband i130 petition may be denied in near future. and we had a discussion with a lawyer and we might file motion to reconsider.
my question is if i130 is denied and motion to reconsider is filed, will my EAD remains valid? will I stay with legal status?
please help me. I am really nervous.

No you will lose your EAD.

if the decision is on appeal within the period to appeal the decision. your EAD is still valid until a final appeal decision is rendered I think that’s how is works, because typically the case is not over until after the appeal decision.
