they are working in 2020 cases. it’s coming since they already asked you for rfe this year, if it was only for medicals then they are supposed to give a response within 60 days

@m&m s yes I did they wrote back to the congressman to say the signature is not matching what they ha e on file so I had to redo it and I sent it off back so I'm waiting. I also called the customer care center and is awaiting a call back by a tier 2 officer.
