why so long i485
my wife pd is oct 8 2022 they already approved I30 interview was on Jan 7 2022 so I decided to talk to a live agent through emmma man that agent said I still 7 months left and if I didn’t see a response by then to call back.

@jude my free was a descripency on medical exam sent February 4th they received February 7th i30 was approved after interview on Jan 7

what’s ur field office? did ur officer raise any issue with ur case? if not then you will be fine

@jude field office was west palm beach the only thing was the medical exam which they have now

I’m on the same boat. I sent my RFE the same day as you did. My field office is Sacramento, CA but I applied for my I-485 back in October 2019. I haven’t heard from them either 😢

@a b yes they approved i30 same day as interview I think if the medical exam was good they would of approved i485 also the same day

i understand they have FOs have a lot of cases but they should of been more prepared to handle case loads especially now with technology
