aug 22 pd, crp for 4 moths. still waiting

so they improve their approval rate for Fiscal year 2024

It does not mean that when you submitted i-485 on october 2023 and they got approved that they overtook you from the line. You have to take into consideration that PD is not solely based on filing of i-485, it is also based on when the PERM was filed whichever comes first. They could have just filed there adjustment but there PD was before 2022 because there PERM was filed on that year and there dates for filing just became current. Also take into consideration the country of citizenship and the 7% max allocation for a country. You might be current but your visa on that specific country has been used up already due to the 7% rule per country.
