why is my I-130 taking so long
my I-130 is saying I'm 4th in line to be approved. why is it taking so long for it to be approved? i have so many things with my wife and family that's being held back because of the length of time this processing is taking.

In most cases, once you concurrently file 130 and 485 they stand together until interview is completed and if the 485 gets approved then 130 soon after. Other cases it goes vise versa after interview.
