I first applied in November 2019. The only difference in our case is that mine is being processed in California service center, but I don't know man, it's just taking forever, and another important thing is, when I first applied, the processing time was 12 to 24 months, and now its showing a 33.4 Months, which is totally different from what I saw when I first applied. So I think they should be able to honor whatever they said first. But whatever

I'm going to wait 2 more months, and if nothing happens I'm going to take USCIS to federal court and force them to make a decision on my case

hey man I totally agree with you. they really need to be honest on what they tell to people we all understand that Covid is around but not like it was back in 2020 . they need work on people cases now
