why does it take too long man ?I have like 300 days “ actively reviewing “I have the best marriage case. even her parents are our witness of our ceremony when we got married.a lot pictures and papers
I had to cancel my asylum case because it took too long to get it. finish . is it red flag ?

normal. its taking time since covid. i did my greencard renewal since 2021 till now haven’t got my gc renew

ucis has no particular order in which they adjudicate cases. Newer cases seem to get approved first. I thought the same as you, best marriage case, have been married almost 4years now, i130 approved since 2021 and I'm still waiting for decision on i485. my case has been sitting at the field office almost 900 days now. I hope you received approval soon

415 days! pretty rough starting new marriage and can’t be together for 2 years counting.. I really let my wife down. I should’ve did the fiancé thing I guess.

@Steve Jones At the time we started this process, our lawyer told us that since covid, fiance and marriage visa were taking the same amount of time. So we decided to do marriage. Everything I’ve read online supports this also. You did not let her down. It is what it is. Your marriage will be just fine if you truly love each other.
