Why do so many attorneys advise AGAINST Premium Processing for EB-2 NIW?
Hi everyone! I’ve noticed a lot of people saying their lawyers told them NOT to do Premium Processing (PP) because 'the officer might get stressed/pressured' and issue an RFE or denial just to clear the clock.

I find it a bit frustrating that there’s no way to compare or track PP/non-PP data on here. the data is there, because that’s what reeled me into the app from seeing a post on LinkedIn.
