who’s case in the Potmac service center how long have to wait to approve the I-824 form I tried to expedite inquiries, i sended also out of the processing time and also phone call requests but no ans.

how long did it take them to respond to your expedite request? also, since your case is way out of normal processing times, I would contact your congressman to help.

@yas f they didn’t respond to my request either usually they have to response 10 days to expidite request and other inquiries need to 30 days to wait to get the answer 6 month trying to get correct answers from them but still same

I tried to connect upper level officer but They didn’t transfer to the officer.

Congressmen generally have an email and assigned person that deals with immigration only so go to their website and find their email or phone number to reach out to them directly. Best of luck!

@Shahlo Tohirova my case is in potomac too. i have done all those inquiries, congressman, e request, even tho i talked with an uscis trier2 officer. Unfortunately nothing helped, my case still same and waiting over 15 months now. 😔
