Who is like me?
I submitted the full package in 2020, Vawa approved in November 2023, medical exams in April 2024, background in May 2024 (local office) (for some reason it is not on the timeline), fingerprints taken in July 2024, how much longer is left? Anyone else in this situation?

I’m in same boat with you. full package in June 2020, Vawa approved in November, since then I haven’t gotten any update on I-485.
I will wait till November then file writ to mandamus

I applied VAWA package denied in Sept 2023. Refiled and got prima facia and combo card 3 months back. Hope things would be smooth hereafter

@Guadalupe Trevino I filed vawa October 2020 and i485 on March 2021 vawa approved November 2023 sent medical and was received April 1st and waiting my case in NBC. where’s your case?

@tee m I really don't know which office because I called USCIS and they told me it was in Vermont and the last letter they sent me said Nashville, TN (local office)
