@manilyn hicken My I-130 also was approved, I’m still waitting for I-824 form to be approved.
The processing time in Vermont for this case is 14 months for Green Card holders I don’t know how long you have to wait because you are a citizen and have priority.

I am not Citizen, my husband is.
I mean after we ge the welcome letter from NVC, that USCIS sent to NVC. we will process for ds260 immigrant visa for me to be in US. with my husband and our Son who is citizen also minor. hopefully they send back to us that they received the form and they will forward to Nvc

yes he is, in our son both of them. hopefully it will be more easier or fast approval. it's been so long too waiting to get the approval of form i130

my husband didn't send the form i824 at the same time we applied our I130form. so that's why we sending them just now. ..

@Florina Kopaci just from the date of their received last July.. just yesterday they texted my husband, and they said wait for the mail(instructions) etc
