mine is July 24. it’s most likely going to be second actively reviewed on June/July 2024. they are currently approving January 2023 dates

mine is July 16th 2023 someone said most likely by June 2024

My case ( I -130 ) has been reviewing since March 1st 2023. it’s been 305 days and still no update.

Mine is 316 days now and no update

Mine is 215 days nothing

@Beauty Alston do you mean by June 2024 it will go from uscis to NVC or by June the process would have gotten to interview stage ???

@pre Uwa Your i-130 actively viewing has nothing to do with NVC. I-130 will be sent to NVC once it's approved. Then you are done with USCIS and NVC/embassy takeover.

@pre Uwa Either through your account or when you get a the approval letter, which, states USCIS will send the i-130 to NVC. Once NVC receives your approved form they will send you a welcome letter with a case id and invoice id to pay any necessary fees and continue the process.
