@jet blue just go to White House website, then menu —> click on Contact us —> then you will see the form you can fill out and you can choose either you want to address it to President or you can choose Help with Federal Agency

Write the truth.That’s what I did. Also, emphasize on the deterioration of your mental and physical health due tot the stress and anxiety you’re experiencing because of the delays in processing.

@Anna Miller my I-130 approved and 485 got medical rfe - right after White House sent enquiry to USCIS. all I did was to put information about my case and its taking way too long to process

@Anna Miller i just received help from my congresswoman and email me the , i can only cry because uscis fail to send me my Courtesy Letter or put it in my tab… on Dec29 2022 for medical.. my due date was march 2023….They send it to my congresswoman and send it to me…..I have proof i never received it… I’m so lost right now….

@lm m OMG!!! I’m so sorry 😢 I don’t understand that.. I heard so many stories that they said they sent RFE but people never received it.. it feels like they are just playing with our lives.. it’s so hard to handle this

@Anna Miller No! it did not help at all. USCIS just responded with general information about my case like the location it's being processed and the average processing times. I even reached out to the ombudsman and congresswoman and was given the same info. At this point I'm just waiting and trying to be happy for others. I have seen other posts with people who had better luck

@Becky Becky I just received an email from the White House Thank you for taking the time to write the Biden-Harris Administration. White House staff reviewed your correspondence and forwarded it to the appropriate Federal agency for further action.
