Which way should I choose?
I have a dilemma now. Me and my husband got married August 2023. We just got our DQ today. I estimate that I will have an interview in March 2025. I entered the United States with my visitor visa in July 2024, and the deadline is January 2025. I have been in the U.S for more than 90 days.
When I chose to enter the United States, I didn't think I need to do the AOS, But after spending 3##### months with him, I don't want to be separated from him again since we have been in a long-distance relationship for about three years. But I know that this process may be very long, and there will be more difficulties and expenses.
I also expect to hold a traditional wedding in my country in May 2025, I'm not sure if I can get a re-entry permit before then.
At the same time, if I wait until next August to enter the United States. If I choose to go back for an interview, In order to get a permanent green card, I have to wait a few months, until August 2025 since I get my immigrant visa.
I'm in a dilemma now. Which means I have three ways now:
1.Choose to submit the I-485, to adjust my status and stay with my husband, but may have to wait longer and miss my wedding in my country
2.Choose to return to my country and go for an interview in March. Then enter the United States to reunite with him immediately after getting my immigrant visa.So we only need to be apart for about two or three months, But I can only get a temporary green card, and I need to continue a long and unbearable process to renew my temporary green card(it takes about 24 months) with the USCIS after it expired in 2 years.
3.Return to my country and have the interview in March, then hold our wedding, and then wait until August to enter the U.S and reunite with him. This choice should be the most ideal, but I really can't stand the lovesickness of being separated from him for another 7 months.
What should I do?Each ways has its advantages and disadvantages, and I don't know how to choose. Please give me some advice! If you were me, how would you choose?

i think having to miss your own wedding in your country is a huge gambit and likely to happen with option 1. one day you guys will be together forever. 7 months is temporary

How you got a visit visa when you already have I-130 application? They didn’t asked you about that? There’s a clear intent to get settled in US because of pending I-130.
Regarding your question Option 1 adjust your status get married in US and wait until you have Green card. after Green card you can go to your country and throw a marriage party where you can invite everyone you want.

why you're thinking you have to stay in your country for 7 months? I mean you could travel back for your interview in March, or you schedule your interview in April so you stay until your wedding and by then you should have all your paperwork to go back to the USA legally in May after your wedding.
if you miss your interview, keep in mind that you'll have to restart the whole process, pay more fees (adjustment of status is actually nearly $1500 +675 of i-130) and won't be able to leave the country until you get a travel authorization. and if you miss your interview you also can't go back to the USA after your wedding because you overstayed so that'll be starting over the process from your country.
