Is there any way to find out which month USCIS is currently working on? We are 9 months into the process Dec 22.

I think it depends on the service center. our case was at Potomac Center and we were approved Friday, September 8th and our PD is October 27 2022. Across the board most centers are working on October 2022 but not all from
what I can see.
We joined a Facebook group for the Potomac I-130 filers so we could see the timeline of approvals by other couples with in the group. So, if you haven’t already - look on Facebook for a group from
your Service Center it helps 😊

my daughter and I are also 9 months in the process. the longest 9 months of my life. I’m so frustrated. our PD is Dec 16,2022

@Carolyn Jenkins my children pd is December 23 and it’s also at the Texas service center so I would love to know also what month they are at too

Right now Texas center taking 11 months to approve i130. time counts from filing date
