No success stories for me, I have tried expediting with Congressman twice. But if I had to pick between the two I’d go with the Congressman instead of Senator. Congressman’s office was very helpful and good at responding right away and providing updates. I have heard from others that you’d be lucky if the Senators office even responds to your request because they are so busy. If you have good supporting documents, you might have success in expediting. Good luck!
