call to find out if they received your rfe rather than sending another one

@Rise up I did call a couple of times including today and there is no confirmation of them receiving it. All they can see is when they sent RFE letter to me last month.

was it send to NBC in Lees Summit?

@Rise up No. Boston Field Office. I don’t live in Massachusetts.

@M J Well, other people who sent in medical was received notification saying they received their medical RFE. Whoever signed for my mail may put it somewhere…..that might happen. Whoever signed my medical may put my mail somewhere and forgotten. Never know.

@Omer d I think your I-485 will be approved soon. I am in a different category because I am a widow. I am hoping mine will be approved soon!

@M J what happens when you open up a service request after 60 days of 1st response. Do they approve right away or what?

I think you should be able to send your medical online, just include a statement talking about your situation, medical rfe tracking, the medical pdf, and a screenshot showing it’s the copy that your dr sent you not you open the sealed envelope. if they don’t allow it then request for a service request after 60 days

@Faithful God ,vawa cases do not show updates online regardless of what section you file under. The next notice you'll receive is approval or a different RFE. I know it's frustrating, relax, be prayerful and you may write Vermont Center for inquiries.

@the three time AR lost hoper I do not have option to upload any documents online since I did not file I-130 because of a widow status AOS.

@Ad Add My VAWA case is based on a widow. My I-360, I-765 and I-485 applications went to National Benefit Center, Not Vermont Center. I got all the udates including sending and receiving another RFE. I am having issues getting updates since my cases got transferred to Boston Field Office from NBC.

I have been waiting since july 2021 and sent my medical report 2 months ago where says contact to us if you do t hear back within 60 days which is it will be 60 days next week monday.

@sam mete How did you send your medical RFE to your field office? USPS with tracking and signature? FedEx with tracking? UPS with tracking? My medical was delivered almost a month ago and there is no update. I may have to send another medical RFE. Trying to figure out the best way to mail it out.

I used the USPS overnight with signature? Call the Delivery company and asked them where did they delivered your package and which adress to confirm. the worst case scenario sometimes they may have lost your package.

if you have an email of your field office email them or They got your rfe but may have forgotten the mark that says was received…

right, 693 is with your 485 account and have nothing to do with 130. do you have access to your 485 online account?
