Which center
I submitted my VAWA application last month, and it was transferred to another center three days after the notice. Now, I want to send in my green card application and work permit. Should I send it to the former center or the new one?

You will have to send it to the office that your case is presently at. ( the one it was transferred to)

@ray divine that is incorrect information, USCIS determines which offices will review the forms if they are swamped at the original location.
@asule bolan you should send the I-485 package to the address on the uscis site, do not send it to any other location otherwise they will reject it for being filed at the wrong location. if they wish to send it to another office USCiS will do it on their end. read the website instructions carefully and follow the directions given. make sure to include your medical so you don’t have to wait for an RFE for medicals down the line.
