where to send i-485 while 140 pending
Hi all, can someone confirm where I am supose to send i-485 package while I-140 is pending in nebraska. I am residing in CA.

I sent it to Phoenix, AZ. That was in April so please double-check.
My I-140 is still pending and was sent to Nebraska by October 2020.

write on Google where to file USCIS from CA and you'll find the USCIS website with the addresses for each state! the address depends on the state you are so i would recommend to base on USCIS directions

My I-140 Eb2 NIW pending from November 2020. got tired so decided to send I-485 just to get in the que.

I have exact same situation. I asked the lawyer as it’s not clear on website and she said Nebraska
