Well depends when you get approved USCIS will send you approval notice whether you should file I-824 or not

@Hosain is the beneficiary in the US or abroad? if abroad, you need to file form I824 (to request uscis to send the approved petition to NVC) this is only if you did not filled in the consular processing or you filled in both the AOS and consular processing on the form I130.

Sorry I don’t get you. But The instruction was written on the approval notice of your I130. If you did not indicate in your I130 that you will do consular processing, you have to submit I824.
