When will tier 2 agent call?
I sent my medical package 2.5 months ago but no update in the case. I talked to Emma and chatted with a live agent. They said they submitted my case to be reviewed by a tier 2 agent and that I’d get a call or email from them within 3 business days. Now it’s more than 2 weeks since the promised date and still no call. I talked to live agent again and was told to continue waiting. I called their hotline and can’t get to an agent. The initial deadline to submit is this Friday. What should I do?

USCIS is playing games with us, so either Tier 2:
1. Never calls
2. Calls within 30 days.
3. Calls in the early morning and you miss the call, and never calls back for second attempt.
4. If you talk to them eventually, they mostly don't help much.
