filed and did biometrics around the same time as you did. I received a rfe for income and I submitted it Tuesday. hopefully I get an answer soon

I also filed on the 8th of Jan and did biometrics on Feb 28. Got a rfe on 13th March, waiting for the rfe letter.

Did biometrics on march 5th. Received a RFE for birth certificate on March 12rd and now we have to respond to RFE, still no EAD...

All Everyone: I do have a friend of mine who holds two Masters in Accounting and Finance from reputable universities around the world and has over 15 years of working experience in Banking and Finance. At the moment, he’s currentl outside the US in West Africa looking for an employer to petition for him and his family to come to the U.S. and work. Hence, I would love if any of you can connect me with a company or companies that does EB1, EB2 or EB3 sponsorship. He willing to paid filling cost if need be. @rickitik tik I haven't gotten the letter yet. rfe status was updated on Mar 13, still awaiting the letter. reading through forums seems like it takes 10 days to arrive so hanging in there.

@m g yes, it will come if not tomorrow it will be next week. i also got an rfe and been waiting for 90 days since submission of response

@del Kh could you share how you ported your pd? I have an approved ‘eb3 unskilled’ with a pd that is current and i will like to port that date to my approved eb2 niw. i am applying via consular. could you please describe how i can port the pd? nvc sent me a welcome letter but i am yet to receive the approval notice from uscis by post to see if my earliest pd was applied. was your porting automatic? apologies for the many questions i just really need this information. thank you

@fred dantata the porting was automatic. the receipt notice had the new PD but the approval notice for eb1A had my old PD from eb3
