do you think PD 2021 will move fast because FY 2021 was all current? before retrogression started

@sam young yeah that’s why we’re PD 2021 here. USCIS acts like they forgot that they have a lot of I485 submitted. I don’t even know now since this fiscal year we get 2 months advanced after 6 months which is meaningless actually, if they hold there for a while, I hope they can move fast otherwise it could be the slowest progress ever happened and we all living slaves

26k(consulor) plus 5k(aos) will take 3yrs for 2021

44k-4.6k(china)=39k (no one was able to file after 2023 april means there is only few pd after 2022 in this data) and since this data is as of 2023 nov, 2024 fy started we get 10k new visa 5k from total 485 till 2021 dec total cases=39k+5k=44k if issued 10k visas this fy2024=34k will take 3 more yrs after this oct to reach 2022.

yes. upto nov 23 44k cases is huge,what can we guess from this data 1. u can file i140 till 6mth after getting lc appoval so if u do math, nov 2023-16mth is may 2022. if u check 485 data not many ppl was able to file till may 2022. so i think this 44k is till 2022 may. so ppl could not file file after april 2022 means this data only includes 2-3mth of 2022 all are from 2020 and 2021. reason: this data shows lot of ppl started filing from 2021, we know that lot of ppl from aos got their cases approved but consuler was slow on covid recovery also ppls taking time to file cases made all these cases piled up. i think this is the reason we got sudden 2yrs retrogrossion on 2022 march. 40k case in single year that is why visa bulletin is moving 1mth after 4month. unless this avg doesn’t decrease till follow this pattern. so keep clam atleast we have ead. ppl on 2022 will wait minimum 6-8years more
