within 3 months. if you do not receive within 3 month call uscis

I entered in US last June, and I have still not received green card, I called them after 3 months and they said do jot have biometrics in your file so they scheduled an appointment for me because the police officer in airport did not take well my fingerprints

If you paid the fees already then you should recieve it within 120 days max, if not received then you have to call USCIS or send them a request

@Nana A I didn’t enter the states yet, but usually it won’t take more than 120 days after entering the country, if you already passed 90 days of your entry then you can submit a request on USCIS or just call them, maybe your biometrics on the airport wasn’t good enough for them, just give them a call

same with my sister. almost 120 days and nothing . they said her to give biometrics again , they just took one finger biometrics. Still waiting from last 31 days

yes I did, biometrics i did feb 23 2023 and I received card in the mail march 25 2023

I waited for biometric appointment 4 months

@Nana A first call Uscis and they will say that they will schedule an appointment. I waited for this appointment since October 2022 , and I received a letter at mail in first week of feb and appointment was feb 23. was just one finger for biometric and they will take you a photo. and after a month I received my Green Card in mail. Good Luck

@Nana A I received the Social Security Number within 2 weeks when I entered in USA,so just be sure that you have gave the correct address.

They sent me a message, “ A search of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records indicates that USCIS has not received your Department of State issued IV Packet, which should have been submitted by the Port of Entry (POE) when you entered the United States. USCIS requires a completed Immigrant Visa Packet to process your Permanent Resident Card (PRC)”. The embassy didn’t give us any packet, they said it’s electronic, so I don’t know what they want. I will call them again. Thanks 🙏🏽

How did you get your immigration visa? By marriage? By dv lottery or family based?? As far as I know by marriage it is electronic, by other ways it is an envelope that you should give them. I am not sure. just call them hope you will get soon

@el le yeah we received our Social Security number too. Two weeks after entering.

We entered in September and paid for immigration fees in December 2023 but it’s over 120 days and yet our green cards ( myself and my husband) are yet to arrive
