when will i get approved?
My case starts with IOE and i dont know which service center it is but my family is located at New Jersey and i am step child of US Citizen. its been 15 months. when would i get approved? any advise?

the address doesn't matter my daughter is out of country step daughter of us citizen filing date Feb 2022 and ntn. last i check her cause is at atlanta field office. why I don't know they transfers it. my lawyer told me that some of the field offices are helping out with the cases to approve.. or sometime they can call my husband to interview him. make no sense as she out of country.

@Murat Can im a spouse of a us citizen and also in nj my i130 its approved about 8 months ago but im still waiting for my i485 ..dont stress yourself too much there is absolutely no sense its the time line just wait and answer with your lawyer every request from uscis...thats my best advice
