@KungFu Panda I am sorry I didn't get you.. What will happen after 90 to 180 days ?? How will I become a free bird ? I already work for my employer more than 2 years and i got my new ead on jan 26 2024 which is for 5 years but its was valid from july 2024 because my old ead had also valid upto the same date. So Can you please explain it in a simple way.? and thank-you for your positive comment.. ❤️

PD 10/2021, last update CRS 01/01/2025 but, I had an interview on 11/20/24, officer told me it would take up to 120 days to make a decision. Then they send me Rfe for a 485J form and a new medical exam, I sent it on 12/17 and received letter it in the mail on 1/1/25 that the 485J was approved . My case was filed in Nebraska and is now in the national field office.

@Shweta P we have just 3 days difference in PD. first it was case trasferred now recent update is biometrics

@tiko tiko EB 3 Other worker you got approval notice for i-485j? It's been 1 year for me nothing on i-485J yet Just i-485J receipt notice.

@tiko tiko EB 3 Other worker i had filled all my application including me i693 medical exam and i485j supplement with concurrently.. but i never get update for supplement j . is this common for most of the cases??

@Vitaliy 123 my last update was Case remains pending which is on july 2 2022. and there after no any update so far.. its already 2 years six month for case remains pending nothing update..

@Sillykid ! Yes, I received both the receipt and the approval letter at the same time.@Shweta P As for the I 693 form, I submitted it on April 1st of 2023, but now, after the interview, they asked me to renew .

@tiko tiko EB 3 Other worker ohh ok . I think when the PD gets current i will get the rfe for medical renew .. because i filled my medical along with all application on jan 2022..

@Cristina Ruggi I have also the similar case with my I485 .. it was transferred from Nebraska to NBC and Case remains pending since last july 2 2022. No update after that.. Don't know when this CRP ends?? 😕

@Shweta P I don’t want to be pessimist but I really don’t believe we are going to get the Green Card this year.

@Jay Tran Only the 485J supplement was approved, the status is still CRP, I haven’t yet of the 485 approved , I am waiting, of course will share the news 🙌 good luck 🍀
