I think that they are waiting to see how many people will apply in October, since the filling date has advanced, so they have a better ideia about how many cases are still pending on filling from mid 2021. That’s my hope 😅

@Shweta P unfortunately I don’t think so. They might advance until May 22nd 2021, following filling date.. But I hope they cover 2021 in this fiscal year. 🙏🏻

@Shweta P @Lily C same opinion , the filling date is May 22, 2021. I think June 1, 2021 is maximum. But let hope it will cover 2021 in FY2025 !

@Lily C There will be none to be filing coz almost everyone with PD till April 2022 has already filed i485. Even if there are some people left due to some other reason that number should be very low.

@Shweta P My PD is May 2021 Eb-3 unskilled and my I-485 case status is showing Case Remains Pending since 2022. when I was filing my I-485 I also filed with the medical form as well everything was packaged together and I never got any RFE since everything was filed, now do you think I would get RFE?

CRP since 2022, I had put my medical with I-485 in a same package.. so at this time medical is already expired because its only works for 2 years .. I didnt got any update since 2022 .. I’m confused totally at the moment 🤔🤔. May be they will issue RFE for medical when the priority date comes and process the application..

@Shweta P I did not know that medical form also gets expired, when I was filing my attorney said that yes you can send , I-765, I-485, I-693 everything packaged in same packet and sent through FedEx, but I never got any RFE for medical, now that it expired am I going to get another RFE? did you get any RFE other than medical form ?

@Shweta P 2 years it got expired is not my fault 😡 they’re not approving me and put me in retrogression what can I do?

@Bored Ape Its not our fault but they dont care about that .. And the other things you are not alone in this waiting game remember that who is waiting for priority date .. There are so many case remains pending so once the priority date comes or being current our paused application will resumes and if there is something needed they will issue rfe or scheduled interview or interview waived and yes if medical expired they gonna send rfe for new medical exam.. I’m on a same boat so you are asking me about visa bulletin ??.. My answer is I’m not USCIS Or DSO .. So I dont have any idea my friend .. lets wait and watch ..
