when should expect my ead? any ideas? Received 03/18/2021 biometrics 08/06/2021
Hi everyone! based on pending I-485. received 03/18/2021 biometrics 08/06/2021 10 days ago updated to “fingerprints were taken” Any ideas when should get my EAD? It’s EB-2 NIW case

yes) I’m EB1-1 in Nebraska as well

there is always hope, but no certain now, unfortunately… I saw people here who filed in august and September 2020 and just got EAD…Nebraska is extremely slow

mine is NIW filed mar. 1 and just received a notice for interview was scheduled. your case would be highly likely to be approved by Dec.

what I’m saying is… I need ead, was wondering what’s the timeline you get ead. As I know they send you ead while they working on case.
