when is the EB3 other workers is current or move again? predictions, comments
Hi,
My case status change to "case remains pending" since more than 28 days ago after I got interview and case moved back to NBC from local FO due to retrogression. The life is always not at plan or expected. Visa bulletin for EB3 other worksers always in retro since June 2022 until now, just a little movement for other countries.
Just wanna see some comments if any of you want to voice your predictions or comment about when it current again!

@John O I am also on EB3 status is case remains pending since September 16. I chatted with a live agent earlier today and I was told that there is not enough visa available thats why its CRP. Even with new fiscal year there is still not enough visa,possibly in the next few months. Waiting is a good training to be patient. I am having vertigo with all of this.

I’m still waiting for mine too my CRP was from sept 14 and I still haven’t heard anything… I’ve even tried to call them to do a service request because I was out of processing time and they said they don’t have an exact date…. what else can I do

my status has been changed to fingerprint applied, once of my college pd 9/20/2020 got her case approve during retrogression. I am surprised

Let's urge USCIS to resume releasing the "EB 485 pending report" (btw they released for 10 years but stopped in 2018), which can tell us the number of people waiting in line before our PD and estimate the wait time. I filed FOIA request and commented on the USCIS data page (https://www.uscis.gov/tools/reports-and-studies/immigration-and-citizenship-data) many times to ask for this. The more people ask for this, the more likely USCIS will take this seriously and release it.
