When does I-485 get denied after I-140 denial?
I concurrently filed I 140 and I 485. My 140 was denied last week. When does the I-485 bet denied afterwards? I might have another sponsor and need time to refile

When my I-140 was denied, my attorney told me I-485 denial will come in a month. I filed an appeal on my I-140 in 30 days. I never had I-485 denied. I don't know if you are filing an appeal…

After my I-140 was denied, my attorney also told me that my I-485 will be denied soon, but it never did. I don't know what happened. Fortunately, I kept my nonimmigrant status. I'm doing a second case.

As soon as your 140 is denied your I 485 will also be denied. There’s no way that the uscis will approved the I 485 if the I 140 was denied. I 485 is under the I 140.
same thing for the I 130.
