When Can My Son be Approved?
My US citizen husband submitted my 15 years old son’s application and mine the same day on 11/03/2021, I got my green card a year ago. But nothing happened to my son’s. After many inquiries and congressman’s help, still nothing happened. 😭😭😭😭 My son lives in my home country without schools , I am so worried… God, please help us. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

wow that’s crazy. I’m having kinda similar issues. my daughter is in the US and I’ve only been approved 3 weeks but still nothing for my daughter which is 13 yo. I never heard of a case like yours before. I know many people who applied for their child back home and as soon as they were approved so was the child.

I just just approve last month my 8 year old os in jamaica and I also waiting on her approval.. but over a year . makes me worried

Hi hun don't loose hope it's gonna happen my husband did the same for my son who is 8 years old now and it was also back in 2021 and my son got approved recently.

I am in the same boat, my husband who is a us citizen filed for my kids in March 2022 and to date we have not heard anything back. both my kids are in Jamaica and it is so depressing. They are both underage and staying with my aunt. I pray to God I get to reunite with them soon.
