I filed same but in 04/29/2024. my child inside the USA is nothing change after fees were waived. but my daughter already went to fingerprinting on 09/05/2024. is nothing chance in the system. still the same fees waived

is it outside normal times? did you inquire about the case?

18.5 months is the processing time for now my time for inquire is on 11/19/2026

@Judy Loc no last year when I submitted the form average processing time was around 8-9 months. Now it’s saying 18,5 months and earliest I can submit inquiry is February 28, 2027!!! That’s insane!

@A K I guess if you are in a rush and want to try, you can try as pro se, do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se" many people got help from there

@Mi Im For example, if your date of submitting an inquiry is 09/12/2025, the system allows you to do so until 09/13/2025
