what's typical processing time for i765 for EB1A after fingerprinting?
my pd is 12/15/2020 which is current for date of filing for India but not current for FAD. we submitted i485,i131 and i765 on 1/8/2024 and had biometrics last week. Processing center is NBC. what should I expect from EAD timing perspective? me and spouse currently on h1B each, should we renew h1B that is expiring end of this year?
