what’s the timeline for receiving combo card?
hi, PD - Oct 2022, concurrently filed I-140, I-485 with medicals, I-131 and I-765. biometrics done. I-140 approved by Nebraska center in Feb 2023, but still waiting for I-765 and I-131 approval. can someone throw light on how long does it take to approve I-765 and I-131? not sure why is it taking that long in my case?

no idea tbh. I have friends who filed in Dec and have received their i-765 and I-131 and I am still waiting ( Nov 2022 filing). My I-140 did get approved in Feb.

I can understand…same here as waiting for I-765 and I-131 despite my I-140 being approved.

@P S I filed in oct-31-2022, All 140, 131, 765 and 485 concurrently and. got my EAD in 3.5 months, 140 approved 20 days back.. AP and 485 still pending

WP - I applied at the same time, while I-140 approved, but no status on I-765 and I-131 although all filed concurrently for me too. not sure what’s happening.

Yeah it’s completely weird, As Andy commented some people are getting combo cards for both EAD+AP and filed in Nov\Dec-2022 etc, Some people are receiving only EAD while AP is taking a long time..

submitted the docs in Dec 2022. Not received any approvals. My fingerprints have been applied only to I-765, I believe it must be applied to I131 as well.

@A G oh trust me they are not applied. I did fingerprints on November 1st, and they were applied to my I131 in January….each application has its own background check….

@P S Case to case it’s different but one is lucky if case is not stuck @ TSC. my EAD/AP not approved yet, case filed concurrently without medicals on August 2022. I-140 was approved in EB1A on 01 Sep 2022.

my lawyer said that’s the timeline for TSC. can’t help. whenever I ask the agent, they abruptly disconnect the chat. they need to bring parity in approval times among centers. why would someone have to wait for an year if the application has gone to a particular one center, I have no idea ?

@P S similar timeline but I got EAD for my family but not for me. Did u get a mail for biometrics or just like medical you can do it on our own?? My I-140 got approved 20 days back and my file got moved to National Benefits center

update: my wife’s I-765 and I-131 were approved 3 days ago. mine and my daughter’s are pending. today I got a notification that both me and my wife’s I-485 case was transferred to another office. what does that mean? anything to be concerned?
