What’s really going on?
Does anyone know if they are approving cases within this range: IOE 0912530000 - 0912534999
I filed in June, 2021
130 & 765 approved in Feb, 2022
Interviewed at the Dallas field office in Dec, 2021
RFE in June, 2023
RFE received in July, 2023
Still waiting on a decision, what do I have to do to get a decision, my lawyer keeps telling me to wait and that we should hear back from them soon, but damn. I’m tired & frustrated.

@L A yeah it’s way past normal processing time. I filed in June, 2021. I’m 884 days in today.

@Only God Can Do It ✅ ✅✅ It’s definitely not easy. But we still hopeful, one day we’ll all get approved. They can’t hold us back

it’s not easy to wait, but you have been patient, just wait as your lawyer tells you! mine too it’s been since Nov 2021, and All am told by the lawyer is that they have not forgotten you! just wait🥹

@Sheero mwas Yeah it’s really really tough waiting and not knowing sometimes it just feels like they forgot about us. I pray we all get approved soon

@L A we didn’t file a service request my lawyer told me to give them 60 days after they received my RFE, if we don’t get a response by then we definitely gonna be suing them
