this is very unusual for this category to take only an year !!! ? this take 73 months at this service center , please check your letter and make sure it is an approval or denial

Congrats. Next step you will get a Welcome Letter from NVC, Upload Documents, pay fees and you will be Documentary Qualified (DQ). Then wait for the Embassy to send interview schedule to NVC. Where does your sibling live/ Which Country Embassy?

hi Jack,thank you. My brother lives in Vietnam. I just recieved an email from NVC yesterday. but my case is not current time so i think i still need to wait for few years

@Taya Shavers at first, i-130 will be processed through uscis and then they will transfer your case to NVC. My case is now at NVC.
