my i-485 was also submitted in April 2023. Biometrics in May-23, transferred to NBC Early Jan-24, medical RFE mid Feb-24, confirmed receipt late Feb and still waiting. my PD is Jun 2022. So frustrated!! in the Lawfully app, April 2023 submission has the lowest % of processed cases

@chris will hopefully soon! I thought since I got transferred and the medical RFE, things would move quickly, but now back in the limbo

@chris will I also applied on april 23, I got transfered to nbc then to non local FO, the sent me an RFE without updating the status with very short time to respond. Hopefully it s a good sign

@gc dream how long ago did you get the rfe? did you receive it by mail and did online status inform you than an rfe was sent?

2 weeks ago. no online status update. it went to RFe response received without displaying RFE sent
