what’s going on! please help
Pd: sep 2023. Spoke to an agent a while ago and was told our case (1130 &1485) is at the NBC, fast forward to 2 months ago we were told our case is at our local field office and today they told us our case is at the NBC, is this normal? I'm so confused and frustrated!!!!

they are often full of sh*t. try another Emma. it’s also possible for the field office to recommend for approval without an interview and NBC can approve it. best of luck!!!

a decision as probably being made on your case at the FO and now is back at the nbc. fo makes decision and nbc issues acceptance letters
