so today I received a email from NVC saying this - Your petition has been returned to USCIS for administrative action and is no longer at the NVC. Further inquiries should be directed to the USCIS by telephone at 1-800-375 5283, or via the internet at www.uscis.gov.- MY POINT ITS MY HUSBAND BECAME A US CITIZEN AND WE MAKE A CHANGE OF STATUS ON 2021 SINCE THEN I DIDNT HAVE NO MOVEMENT IN MY CASE TILL AFTER THE EMAIL NOW I HAVE A SECOND ACT REVIEW ITS THIS A GOOD THING ? 🤔

@Atlanta October 21 so you guys have your I130 approval? but approved for consular and after your husband became a citizen you filed aos with approved I130?

I got this a few days ago! haven’t had an interview yet! but my i130 was approved 2 years ago! but now returned to USCIS
