What to include in EAD expedite evidence
Hi,
got the email from uscis asking me to fax my offer letter to support my expedite request, do I need to include anything else in the fax? my reason for expediting is personal financial loss.

Update: questions: how can I prove my extreme financial hardship, when I showed them all my assets on i944 form... but at the mean time I really want that job

you have to prove an extreme financial hardship to them in order for them to be able to approve your expedite. unfortunately personal financial loss might be little to what they will approve. gooluck

how did you request that ,also what is your PD and which locatin center are you ?

birth certificate
passport photocopy
drivers license
photo copy of your visa
two passport photos. I remember to have sent those documents for my EAD evidence

my PD 10/20/2020, NBC, I just called uscis after my fingerprints are done, because I have an offer
