you need to sue them . through a lawyer .. I have never seen this amount of time from an American citizen. something is undoubtedly wrong with your case .

Congressman, had the same issue contact congress and they approved mine right after. then contacted congressman again for them to send rfe they did.

Reach out to your congress man to check on it for you and that will help. sorrry you are going through this. Keep hope alive and pray about it as well and God will perform a miracle. Good luck!

no it doesn’t have to be I reached out multiple times and he responded swiftly and changes were made to my case.

@Toonkie22 Blue I have reached the congress man on July 24th and today I received his response that he has contacted the USCIS regarding my case and they told him in a letter that he sent a copy to me that my case still in the processing time and it is awaiting a final adjunction so no further action is needed from my side, and they will contact me directly, so still the same need to wait, and I will. thanks everyone for all those tips.
