@L S it says the same thing about my case since June 26 2024, nothing changed and neither does it change, stuck on 4 weeks since then.

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 have you tried contacting your local congressman’s office? as per the website/rule on the rfe they are supposed to respond within 60days and you’re way out of that frame.

yea I remember I still had hope that something would happen and I started asking Emma a lot at 2 months. and then I succumbed to the reality that they can do whatever they want. can only sue once out of processing time. @Ali Syed
