my case is January 2022 and I haven’t submitted anything but I130 🤕

mine is from July 2022 my ead was approved dec 2022 with AP just waiting on my I-485 sense then case still on the same status case was updated to show fingerprints were taken 😞this wait it’s depressing

my mom’s is Feb 28, 2022. everthing else approved but 485 not approved yet - says actively reviewing since 5 months. don’t give up hope. ask congressman to enquire your case - they should be able to investigate everything but 485, for which you need to wait 1 more month.

try contacting your local congressman or contacting the ombudsman office. My case finally was transferred on December 8th and then on the 14th they updated and attached biometrics.

everything else is still at 606 days. The wait time is ridiculous!

no work permit no nothing Ive done congressman I’ve done ombudsman. no one seems To help

go to social security administration and ask what’s going on, sometimes they can help with your work permit and ID
