Girl this is good news. They are planning waiving your interview. Had you submitted your medical before this email, they could have approved you without an interview. So, submit your medical fast. Also submit anything your hands can lay on. Best thing they love to see is, lease agreement, life insurance, joint banks accounts, house deed or property etc. Also, when you get your medical done, ask your doctor for extra copy and upload it to your USCIS account in addition to the one you will drop off at the office. @John Richards I have updated online evidence last month since I filed feb this year, I uploaded new bank statements, car insurance, celebration pics.. But I uploaded under I130 as Bonafide. I get my medical results tomorrow and will go drop it all! thanks a lot and the same to you!

@Stephania Romano the upload of your medical on USCIS website means nothing to them. Just hand deliver it to them as soon as U have your medical available then call them on the phone & make a service request for confirmation of the medical, Queens Field Office will email U as soon as possible with update about your medical, confirming receiving it & then U wait. Me, I am still waiting for approval.

My question was not related to the medical at all, I’m well aware that I have to give them a sealed envelope, my question was towards the mentioned other additional documents, like I have been updating stuff online to prove of bonafide, renew insurance, bills, pictures , bank stuff, but I have been doing just under the I130, since I concurrently filed, i didnt go upload a bunch of evidence for I130 AND I485. Now it makes me wonder if I should, it’s just seems silly that they would look at one but not the other, but who knows! just wanted to see if someone had the same experience !

@Stephania Romano hand deliver your medical & also include all additional documents U have upto date, including pictures. I had same experience & that is why I am talking to U.

@Stephania Romano if you've been updating your account with evidence consistently then you should be fine, no need to submit additional evidence since you've been doing it all the time. Usually they give people who haven't submitted any new evidence since the beginning of their case, the opportunity to do so along with their medical. However, you can just submit the medical. just a suggestion, if you are ordering any packages during the holidays, you can include both you and your spouses name on the delivery then take a pic of the label on the package with both your names and use that pic as evidence

@JENNIE . I have yet to receive my GC. It's 20 days and counting since approval and USCIS haven't printed or produced my card. I only received the receipt notices in the mail. Everytime I contact them I'm told I should get it within 90 days.

@Stephania Romano yeah, Receipt of purchases for the both of U, infact I gave original receipts showing both names as proof that we live together.

@Sept 16th, 2022 . relax, let's wait patienly. I think is due to location where your card is being printed & posted from. Like my work Authorization came from Kentucky, I have someone that received New Hampshire. USCIS is too full of everything & it makes people sick. Well, do U blame them? For security reasons they have to tighten up.

@Jennie . i received my GC last Saturday. They ended up issuing me two different Approval notices because they had made a mistake by not issuing me a RFE for medical before my Approval. Everything was sorted out though. I came on the app today to see if you had any updates on your case

@Joao Santos’s I went there on Nov 27th and dropped off the medical as and instructed, but so far, no updates 😕

I went there December 1th. I reached out them by Emma, and they opened an inquiry and they answered me saying they received it ( of course because I droped it out”) but they did not update it in my portal. Also they told me by Emma that my interview was waived. @Steph Romano

@Joao Santos’s I think that since we were contacted via email we may not get updates as if they were RFE. I wanted to give a month but it has reached passed a month now, so I think I’ll do it as you, reach out to Emma and at least try to find out about the interview! Hopefully you’ll hear good news soon🙏🏻

Sadly on my end I’m still stuck and nothing yet, I haven’t had any luck on getting answers from Emma either, always get those automated answers as “your case is not outside decision time”🙄. @Sept 16th, 2022 . Congratulations my brother. I have been approved. Infact quit lawfully & was no longer checking until the approval came. So I am waiting for my card.

it took me over two weeks but I think that was because of an issue they had to rectify with my case @Jennie .
