What is the criteria?
Guys, i just would like to know the USCIS criteria. I submitted my applications on Dec. 24 and nothing so far. Many applicants that submitted after me have already received their combo cards. It's frustating! I'm happy for them, but concerned about my cases. If the analisys main criteria is the order which cases are received, I supposed to have my combo card too at this time!
Me, my wife and kids! No EAD, no parole, no nothing. I need to work! Backlog its not an excuse when we realize what's happenning.

No complains. Just trying to understand the criteria and figure out the USCIS pattern. As i said, it's not logical... for any of us. "it's under regular processing times" is not the right answer. Because its not the same response for everyone when you notice that some get their EAD/Green Card quickly and others is more than 1 year waiting...and I'm not talking about premium processing. So the same rules should be applied for all of us. my ideia is helping each other. no complains or debates.

every case is different. some are straight forward others not so much. don't compare your case to others and that will get you no where. we are not uscis and do not have the answer for the way things are done.
