what is the average processing time for the case I 130 can anyone please tell me ? case type f4 .. When will I updated by USCIS for the next step?

I have a F4 case too. But I don't really know their processing time. For me, I am 3265 days gone today and still counting. And I have not seen or read anything about F4 on this community. I have searched to know if I will see. But NO. And I don't really know how to read this Lawfully app graph table and ranking.
People should comment please, cos I also want to know more on this. Thank you
