Nope your i360 is processed in another unit entirely. So even if i485 is denied it doesn’t affect your i360 AT ALL!!!

@Kenn Kenny My I-360 hasn’t approved yet but seems like Boston FO is trying to make a final decision on my I-485. I suspect that they are trying to approve altogether at the same time. I would assume medical is the last step before my approval of green card? So if my I-485 gets denied, I just need to refile I-485 again with medical this time?

@Kenn Kenny Maybe my I-360 be little different from other VAWA since I am a widow, but I would like to know what will happen to my I-369 in case my I-485 gets denied.

@Luna To Maybe I am in the different category as a widow, but Boston FO is trying to adjudicate my I-485. My medical RFr said that they are trying to make a final decision. I just want to get confirmation that they received my medical.

@Faithful God if they say that you fail to submit evidence on time (medical), you gonna get a letter by mail. Then you have 30 days to make an appeal (copy of medical, tracking number that you sent it on time!). It is I-290b and costs $675. They lost my medical and that what we did

@Lana p How long did it take them to reopen your case? Do they need a sealed envelope for the medical or copy of original one? What was your outcome? Which field office? I sent another exact same medical form via FedEx…..so one of them should be there at Boston FO.

@Faithful God we sent copy. Medical office didn’t give me it in a sealed envelope. And you can not provide a new medical as well because it is gonna be dated different from previous medical. I am still waiting for the decision. But I called uscis and they told that my case is reopened.

@Lana p So my I-360 and I-765 have not been approved yet but Boston FO is reviewing my I-485. If they deny I-485, can I still appeal or reapply I-485 and I-765?

@Faithful God I do not know. I guess you can. My lawyer and I made an appeal. I think it is faster and cheaper. But you should calm down, your 485 is not denied. Everything is not as bad as you think)

@Lana p Well, I am not sure how often this medical RFE gets missing Not scanned in and leading to denial…… This medical RFE should be the last step before our green card will get approved…….so I am t trying to stay positive…..but it is frustrating that they have not received my medical RFE at Boston FO. It’s been about a month since it was delivered.

@Faithful God yes, I understand. And even if you call them, they can not see in their system if they receive it or not. Just wait and stay positive)

@Faithful God by my logic - yes, but they have different logic and sometimes I even doubt if they have it at all🤦🏻‍♀️

@Lana p I called them several times and last time I called she was rude saying I called this date, that date…..blah blah blah…… This is so frustrating!!!

@Faithful God if I knew they would lost it, better I go there and give them in person. But now it is too late to cry over spilled milk. It is what it is. I still have hope that they approve it this year. It takes too long for me with my luck😞

@Faithful God first, you are over thinking these whole process. I guess you put a wrong category on your I765. C31 will be approved when your I360 is approved which takes about 2years. while CO9 will be approved right away without I360 approval. please follow “immigrationattorneyayesha”on instagram to understand more.

@Faithful God I do not recommend to drop your medical whenever you want. You have to follow instructions from the letter. Otherwise it could delay all the process.

@Lana p I can’t drop it off my medical anyway. it’s too far from me. I can send another sealed envelope with tracking and see if it will be delivered and get scanned right away.

@Lana p This is nerve wrecking for sure. Other people who sent RFE at Boston Office gets their acknowledgment of receiving their RFEs yet mine is not there. It is so depressing……
